There comes a time in our short existence when we decide to become part of a solution and assist people to progress, or do nothing and even hinder any progression.

Serious problems exist in what we think of as our basic 'foundations', our political, socio-economic and spiritual conditions.  It is time to set standards and regulations for our money that went to feed the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA).  We are now looking to put some "teeth" (fair punishment—doled-out by the people) in our current rules and regulations and create new legislation concerning the education and protection of the American Consumer.

This includes the safety of all food and any items imported into or produced in this country.

Additionally, we are working to educate the public on the actual methodologies and processes of  real American Quality as taught and implemented by men such as Dr. Walter A. Shewhart, Dr. W. Edwards Deming, Dr. Joseph M. Juran and others like them.  For example, the work of these men assisted Japan into becoming a major economic powerhouse, with quality products. You can see a major difference between Chinese products with no quality plus harmful toxins and relatively safe Japanese products.

Since 1999, we have put together an educational, nonpartisan, nonprofit organization, recognized by the IRS under code 501(c)(3), called Peopletech (people and technology, evolving together).  We are continuously doing research, analysis, and education on financial reform, consumer rights and protections and the creation of quality-sustainable jobs in: improving the environment, the use of renewable energies, health and life sciences, nanotechnologies and desalination.

We believe in working with what we call "The Four Pillars of our Fundamental Foundations", they are (in no particular order): private industry, governmental agencies, other 501(c)(3) nonprofits and faith-based ministries. Working together will bring more of an impact to every dollar spent in starting or attracting companies that are involved with the planning, designing, manufacturing, testing, and production of: renewable energies, health and life sciences, information technology, nanotechnologies and desalination; to start with.

We can all share in the potential of what America and our communities can become—a "beacon" that will shine across the world, extolling justice and freedom with a strong economy and a quality of life that others will want to emulate.

We are an innovative, hardworking, fair, diverse group of people that need to learn from our current mistakes and those of the past 60 years. Create a dialogue on how to get results quickly and efficiently, learn from and improve upon these past mistakes; then go on to production and the fruition of our ideas and hard work.

We can call this program "Truth, Reconciliation, and Continuous Improvement"; and it should be discussed until real changes in our common behavior and in our "Rewards System" takes place.
